Computer getting stuck at Dell logo after shutdown

The Problem:
Shutting down computer but it was getting stuck at the Dell logo.
Manually turning it off from the power/restart button and restarting from windows allowed the computer to boot into windows but shut down via windows caused it to get stuck at the Dell logo.
The Fix:
Disable Fast Start Up/Fast boot in Windows.

Copy and paste this into control panel bar
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\System Settings

Manually navigate
Control Panel > Power Options > Choose What the Power Buttons Do

How to disable it from Regedit
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Power
HiberbootEnabled = 0 (Disabled)
HiberbootEnabled = 1 (Enabled)
