The sterotypical and classic - Hello World 👋

The Problem: Shutting down computer but it was getting stuck at the Dell logo. Manually turning it off from the power/restart button and restarting from windows allowed the computer to boot into windows but shut down via windows caused it to get stuck at the Dell logo.
